About Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga derives from the Dao, Tradition Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Yoga. In a Yin Yoga class the pose is held longer, normally 3-5 minutes. The practice focuses on the pelvis and shoulder area, targets the connective tissues especially tendons and ligaments which helps to improve flexibility.
